Hello my dear friends,
I’m making some subtle but exciting changes to my business and I want you to be the first to know!
I’m branching out! For a while now I’ve felt a little bit confined, I guess a bit stuck. With the world changing around us constantly I knew I had to grow my business and change with the times too but I just couldn’t see how for a while.
I took some time back and threw myself into my house projects, I’ve been turning our cottage back into a cottage after previous owners had modernised it. And I’ve been making plans for my garden and growing lots of seedlings and dahlias.
It’s been fun using my interior design skills again and styling my home with vintage pieces. Did you know that before covid I had a small beautiful shop where I sold my creations plus vintage homeware and flowers. It was so beautiful! I’m now looking for a new space to reopen which is exciting but will take time.
It got me thinking to the now though. And suddenly the idea just popped in there whilst enjoying a cup of tea! Why not just start now - in my online shop…
Why I hadn’t thought of it before I don’t know, it seems so obvious now. So my little business is growing in the most beautiful way. Over the coming weeks I’ll be adding more artisan work to my shop and vintage items. I really want to combine all my skills and not limit myself to only my ceramics.
The new online shop will start to resemble my beautiful bricks and mortar store. I will have my ceramics and artwork but also my artisan floral work which I make from my garden flowers. And also carefully curated vintage items for the home and garden. I just want to embrace and share all my skills with you. My love of handmade ceramics, vintage homes and outdoor living. I’ll start updating the website very soon but first I have the Dorset Brocante to prepare for which is the 5th & 6th of May, I hope some of you can make it, it would be lovely to catch up!
I’ll post more when I’ve added new items but for now there are still beautiful ceramics and artwork on my site. I also have my new artisan members club too which is a monthly video craft tutorial on an array of topics from ceramics, painting and gardening to name a few.
Don’t forget you can chat to me over on Instagram, I always reply and appreciate you being there!
